Work, Talent, and the Low-Skill Labor Force in the Modern Economy

I was down in Washington, DC last week and stopped by to record an episode of the Federalist Radio Hour with Ben Domenech. We talked a lot about some of the issues raised by a new City Journal article of mine about Scott County, Indiana, which made national headlines for its HIV crisis (203 cases in a county of only 25,000 people). This story isn’t yet online, but I’ll link it when it is. We also talked about superstar cities, Silicon Valley, and much more.

If the audio player doesn’t display for you, click over to listen on the Federalist.
